The CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services enables you to work in diverse areas such as community health, employment services and disability services to make a significant difference in client’s lives. The case management specialisation gives you skills to manage, coordinate and deliver services to the clients with diverse need. This will also give you first-hand experience in assessing and reviewing information and improving service practices. The job roles include but are not limited to Case Coordinator, Case Management Supervisor, Case Worker or Case Manager, Community Care Worker, Community Services Worker, Manager Community Services, Program Coordinator, and Team Leader.

This course is delivered over 104 weeks (including 24 weeks of holidays). Classes are rostered for 3 days per week + self-study component. Full Time studies requires students to attend a minimum of 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.

On completion of the CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management), students may pursue a bachelors degree at Stanley College or selected Bachelor courses at Universities.
