The Dance Diploma program provide students with high-level professional training leading to further advanced studies in dance performance, choreography, intermedia work, and/or the development of private studio enterprises which may incorporate all forms of professional training. Classes demand physical strength, technique and discipline. The program is ballet based and provides students with a broad movement vocabulary. The courses are offered under the aegis of Arts Umbrella and will consist of a variety of instructional delivery methods including but not limited to studio classes, lectures, presentations, group work, guest choreographers, arts management sessions, performance technology workshops, instructional media and performances.

Graduates may find careers in professional dance in ballet and/or modern dance, launch private studios, or join established training organizations.
