Faculty of Education offers specially designed postgraduate programmes leading to the degrees of Master and Doctor of Philosophy in various areas of education to cater for teaching or training professionals who are seeking for in-depth knowledge, acquiring research skills, wishing to broaden their careers and enhancing their professional leadership in the specialised fields of education.
The faculty also offers a full wide range of postgraduate programmes, professional development opportunities, consultancy and support services for teachers, principals and those in social services.

A Bachelor’s Degree with good honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate; or
A qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in the relevant field recognised by the Senate.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - A minimum overall score of 5.5 in IELTS (Academic); Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) iBT - The minimum scores of 46 and above; Malaysian University English Test (MUET) - The minimum MUET Band 3 or higher, Cambridge English Qualification (CEQ) – B2 First (FCE), C1 Advanced (CAE), C2 Proficiency (CPE) - Score of 160 and above, The Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic- Score 51 and Above.
