The programme aims to equip students with theoretical knowledge and practices relevant to the proposed field of study. Through this programme students will analyses the latest knowledge of the related theories and their applications in the proposed field of study. The programme aims at individuals who want to enhance their scholarship in the proposed field of study.
This programme emphasizes professional development and continuing education of HRD practitioners that encompasses adult education, organizational development, training and development as well as career development. It also includes HRD at individual, group, community and national levels. It examines HRD from the perspective of investing and developing people to unleash their full potentials.

The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree (with honours) in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.000, or
The applicant who has insufficient academic qualification can be admitted into the programme subjected to any other requirement specified by the Faculty/Institute.
An applicant from a local public university who is in the final semester of his undergraduate study programme may be considered for provisional admission provided that his latest CGPA or its equivalent academic result satisfies the graduate programme admission requirements.
For applicants with one of the following
550 for the TOEFL Paper-based Test (Academic Version); or
Band 6.0 for IELTS (Academic Training); or
79-80 for TOEFL Internet-based Test (Academic Version); or
Level 109 for CIEP at ELS Language Centre; or
Any English Language Test which is equivalent to B2 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
