It could even lead to a graduate job; all before the start of your final year!During the Placement Year, not only will you be an employee of the organisation, which will come with commitments and regulations, you will be representing St Mary’s University and will be expected to behave in a responsible and professional manner at all times, upholding and enhancing the reputation of the University. Specifically, you will need to adhere to the regulations that apply within your workplace and to the St Mary’s Student Charter and Work Placement Terms and Conditions (available in My Placements on e:Vision).As an employee, you have a responsibility to find out, understand and meet all expectations set by your Placement Supervisor and the Placement Provider organisation more generally.
