The Fashion Communication award will respond to current social, ethical, environmental and political issues in a global fashion industry, including how brands are using the very latest methods and technologies engaging consumers and markets. Students will learn how fashion brands communicate with their audiences through the use of social media, e-commerce platforms and the growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR). They will also explore methods, techniques and strategies from traditional ‘broadcasted’ published and film media to interactive social platforms including Influencer communication, the role of the stylist and the growing acceptability of Consumer-to-Business communication through DIY promotion.
