Whether you are speaking on behalf of a city parks and recreation department, or recruiting for an ecotourism adventure in one of the biological reserves in Costa Rica, strong communication skills and a broad understanding of today’s environmental and conservation issues are critical.
This degree program explores the basic principles of the natural environment and its conservation, use and improvement. You will take courses from each of the eight programs in the College of Natural Resources, which will give you the big-picture, multidisciplinary perspective needed for success in the field.
Graduates are equipped to properly manage high-use recreational areas such as campgrounds within Yellowstone National Park, as well as prepared to make informed decisions about managing the public communication process.

Students must have 2.5 on a 4.0 GPA scale is required from secondary school. They must meet criteria for admission to university level study in home country. They should also satisfy the following English language requirements:
