The ceramics program provides a dynamic environment for the artistic growth and development of the student through a thoughtful and challenging inquiry of both materials and meaning. Faculty are distinguished studio professionals who offer an extensive curriculum in all aspects of ceramics and work with students to help inspire their own unique expression. Spacious, well-equipped studios provide excellent facilities for fabrication, glazing, and all methods of firing. Frequent trips to museums, artists' studios, historical and industrial sites complement the curriculum.

Amerika gelen öğrenciler için

To qualify for the BS in Electrical Engineering + MS in Electrical Engineering program, students must have completed the first semester of their junior year in residence at SUNY New Paltz with an overall SUNY New Paltz GPA of at least 3.0.

Uluslararası öğrenciler için

Students must have a high school degree and a minimum cumulative undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale (or an 85% grade average or higher).

English Language Proficiency: TOEFL iBT – 80; IELTS - 6.5; PTE Academic – 58; Duolingo English Test – 105. Application Deadlines: December 1 for Spring semester (January start); May 1 for Fall semester (August start).
