Developmental psychology is the study of human growth and change. Developmental Psychology will teach you to understand how humans learn, mature, and adapt-touching on physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and social changes and milestones. This program is unique to the region and will prepare you to continue your education in psychology or to start your career working in clinical practice, research, and service agencies.

This program allows you to focus on human development through classes, hands-on experience, fieldwork, and research. The coursework and experiential learning in this program meets recommendations from the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the Pennsylvania Early Childhood Mental Health Advisory Committee, and the American Psychological Association.

International applicants who have not enrolled in any post secondary institution since graduating high school should apply as freshmen. Advanced standing may be considered for those students who have completed IB programs, GCE A-levels (advanced or advanced subsidiary) examinations.
English language requirements: Applicants must score a minimum of 61 on the internet based test (iBT), a minimum of 500 on the written test or a minimum of a 173 on the computer based test. Applicants must receive an overall IELTS score at band 6.0 or above.
