School counselors support students’ educational and emotional growth and development. With the skills acquired in Rivier’s M.Ed. in School Counseling program, you will be prepared to help students address the social, emotional, and educational challenges they may encounter during their school years. Featuring a combination of classroom and internship experience, this program will allow you to meet the needs of all students.
This is a 55-credit program, which includes 12 internship credits. Our curriculum aligns with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model and the New Hampshire Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Model.
