Build your capacity to practice the business of real estate with a focus on public/private partnership, as well as housing and urban development, and a commitment to achieving The ''three E’s'' of sustainability-economy, equity, and environment. Students will gain theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in the core disciplines of the real estate business including finance, investment, site development, land use regulations and law. You’ll become familiar with the tools needed to develop sustainable environments, renovate and manage facilities, procure infrastructure projects through public private partnerships and collaborations with community stakeholders. Pratt Real Estate faculty are owners of prestigious award winning Real Estate organizations and pride themselves on sharing with students their commitment and knowledge of the built environment. The Real Estate Practice program can be completed in three semesters of full-time study. All courses are offered late afternoon and evenings at the Pratt Manhattan campus.
