Combine your passion for health and exercise with an in-depth understanding of how the body responds to changes in movement and lifestyle through Bond's Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (pending ESSA accreditation)*.
You will explore the science of human movement as it applies to improving health, preventing disease, maximising athletic performance and supporting people living with chronic and complex medical conditions.
You will dive into anatomy, clinical exercise physiology, exercise prescription, behaviour change, pathophysiology, biomechanics, and digital health, building a strong foundation in exercise science before progressing into advanced clinical skills.
You will learn how to assess clients with a range of clinical conditions, design and deliver safe and effective exercise interventions, provide lifestyle counselling and work collaboratively with other allied health professionals in multidisciplinary teams to maximise client health outcomes.
Across your degree, you will complete 500 hours of placement in a wide range of settings including community, rehabilitation, sport and private practice environments. This hands-on experience prepares you to graduate as a confident, work-ready exercise physiologist and exercise scientist.
