If you’ve always been fascinated by the world of patisserie and love creating a multitude of different kinds of delicate pastries, then the Certificate IV in Patisserie is for you. Learn from experienced teaching staff who will share years of knowledge and patisserie techniques to prepare you for a real work environment.Through both theory and practical learning, gain a stronger understanding of topics such as restaurant desserts, modern gateaux, petit fours and sustainable practices. As part of your training and assessment, you will need to complete at least 12 service periods (shifts) which will enhance your skills. A majority of this will be conducted during your class sessions however we also recommend that you seek paid employment to assist you in successfully completing this assessment requirement.
