Further your career in the food industry with professional training in current and emerging practical food science with the Graduate Certificate in Food Science. This course provides science graduates and food industry employees with the opportunity to develop theoretical and practical skills while working in a real food processing environment at the Murdoch Food Centre which is part of the Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia (FIPWA).
