Welcome to the Centre for Computer Vision and Deep Learning (CCVDL) (formerly known as Computer Vision and Sensing Systems Laboratory) Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. CCVDL is an organized research unit founded in 2006 that serves as a focus for quality research in computer vision, deep learning, wireless sensor networks and sensor data fusion techniques. At CCVDL we are trying to explore both theoretical and practical frameworks for optimal data analysis in the research fields.The laboratory was formed as a specialized group to coordinate advanced research in all aspects of artificial intelligence, sensor systems, image analysis, computer vision and machine learning, and to facilitate collaboration and interaction with industry sponsors and federal government research agencies.
