Students in the International Year One: Management and Organizational Studies program will complete three terms of studies at WesternIC and, upon successful completion, progress to their second year of the Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) program. Management and Organizational Studies programs equip students with core business skills and the flexibility to pursue broader educational interests to prepare them for a rapidly changing global management environment. These programs offer a unique opportunity to combine a strong foundation in a core area of business education with a broader educational perspective from the Social Sciences and other disciplines.

Entry into International Year One generally requires the successful completion of Year 12 of secondary school or equivalent with a minimum of 80% overall, and individual subject requirements will depend on each program.

Applicants are required to submit all official academic transcripts including any post-secondary studies.

GCE A level results with 1 B and 2 C in 3 academic subjects and a minimum of a C grade in 5 GCSE/IGCSE/Ordinary Levels or equivalent in academic subjects. C grade in A-level Math is required.

Australia Year 12 (Higher Secondary Certificate) with an average of B and a copy of ATAR/ TE Score or Rank. A grade of C in Math 12 is required.

International Baccalaureate Diploma with minimum 25 points (including the Extended Essay and TOK) and no mark lower than 3. IB Math (SL/HL) with a grade of 4 is required.
