The Pre-Medical (Pre-Med) Foundation Year (FY) is an alternative pathway in our Medicine programme. It consists of a series of stand-alone and integrated modules with a modularised assessment that equip students with a solid grounding in biomedical sciences. The FY modular structure follows the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
It is delivered in 2 semesters - Semester 1 (September to January) and Semester 2 (January to June), with each comprising:

All Pre-Medical (FY) applicants must present a minimum 5Bs in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and one additional subject at SPM/IGCSE/O-Level or equivalent. Entry requirements are subject to change by the authoritative agencies/bodies.
