Admission to the programme shall be subject to the approval of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health Sciences). Every applicant must either: have been awarded, with an average grade of at least B either; a bachelor's degree, or a professional qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree and requiring at least three years' full-time tertiary study, orhave alternative qualifications or experience which, in the opinion of the Course Director or Public Health Academic Committee, demonstrate the applicant's ability to undertake the programme successfully. The suitability of applicants for admission under 1(b)(ii) will be based on published criteria including but not limited to:relevant professional or work experience prior academic performance.
