The Bachelor of Liberal Arts (BLA) concentration in Graphic Design will introduce students to the fundamental studies of graphic design. Course work will help students develop concepts, vocabulary and methodology in the discipline. Students will work in both analog and digital processes. The course work will help develop a set of creative and technical skills. Students work will focus on typography, branding design, editorial and social justice projects, which will allow them to apply these skillsets in a wide range of industries. This concentration will prepare them to take a role in visual communication projects. It will create an additional skillset and knowledge base that is useful in almost all areas of employment.
