Fundamentals
In addition to traditional large computer applications, devices containing some form of embedded computing system are becoming pervasive in our society. Computer engineers design and develop hardware and software for all of these systems, ranging from software applications to communication networks to components in computing systems to small embedded sensors.

Our comprehensive curriculum prepares students to identify, formulate and implement solutions to real-world technology problems. Students learn how to use modern computer engineering tools in well-equipped laboratories, with activities that reinforce the concepts learned in the classroom.
The curriculum emphasizes design and teamwork and culminates in a capstone senior design project that integrates the material learned in earlier courses. Students graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

You are a high school student or have completed high school or equivalent and have never enrolled in a college/university. SAT or ACT is not required for standard admission or admission scholarship consideration for all types of applicants. An official SAT or ACT score is required to be considered for direct admission into your intended major.
All undergraduate international applicants must provide proof of English proficiency by meeting the minimum score from one of the following acceptable tests. This requirement can be waived if you meet certain criteria.
