Ball State’s undergraduate program in logistics and supply chain management teaches you how to help businesses make their supply chain of goods and services as efficient and profitable as possible. As a major, you’ll receive hands-on learning in detailed logistics functions, supply-chain decision making, modern techniques of production in organizations, and customer relationship management—all under the direction of our outstanding faculty.
You will also experience immersive learning opportunities through an industry-based internship, learning projects, on-site business tours, professional events, and lectures from top experts in the field. Expect a rigorous, hands-on curriculum and program plan that ensures you graduate in four years with an optional minor.
Major Requirements
As a logistics and supply chain management student, you will begin your major with a series classes from throughout Miller College of Business, giving you a background in management, marketing, accounting, finance and insurance, and information systems and operations management. You will then take five required courses in logistics and supply chain management, including a senior capstone project. You will also select an elective course in logistics and supply chain management.
