The Bachelor of Science in Middle Level Education (6-8), one of Wilmington University's four undergraduate teacher preparation programs, combines educational theory and classroom practice into a course of study that satisfies the Delaware Department of Education's content knowledge requirements and qualifies our students to seek state licensure and certification as educators in Delaware's public and charter middle schools. Specialized concentrations in English/language arts, mathematics, science or social studies education allow aspiring teachers to focus on their chosen subject of interest.
