Master of Accounting in Accounting and Assurance

Offering tracks for students with or without an accounting background, Anderson's 33-hour Master's of Accounting (MACCT) will prepare you to be an expert in such areas as taxation, information assurance, auditing, finance, fraud and managerial accounting.Individualized attention from MACCT staff and professors will help you develop the skills and analytical thinking required to pursue CPA certification or certified accounting management - and to become a leader in your field. The MACCT Accounting and Assurance Track is for those with a BBA in accounting from an AACSB-accredited institution. This track prepares students to be experts in taxation, information assurance, auditing, finance, fraud and managerial accounting.The MACCT Accounting and Assurance Track requires 21 credits of core courses, 6 courses in the Accounting section and 6 credits of electives for you to choose.
