The Quantitative Psychology concentration within the Master of Arts in Psychology program in the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences at MTSU is designed to prepare students for applied and research s as statisticians, psychometricians, data analysts, and quantitative psychologists in fields such as education, business, government, and other organizations. The program aims to help students develop a range of essential skills, including research abilities to stay current with theoretical and practical advancements in the field data analysis techniques relevant to organizational settings the ability to interpret and communicate statistical findings analytical skills for effective statistical decision-making and expertise in test construction and validation using item response theory.
