Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision

The mission of The University of Toledo’s graduate program in Educational Administration and Supervision is to develop principals, superintendents and educational leaders who are ethical, creative and collaborative problem solvers in preK-12 education. The program is designed with the working professional in mind. Classes are scheduled in the evenings via real time video conferencing, allowing students time to return home and continue their professional learning in comfort. The Educational Administration and Supervision curriculum is a blend of practical experience, leadership theory and research design. UToledo graduate students learn to be servant leaders, having the greatest positive impact on the school community or district. They learn to use data to improve schools, serve the needs of teachers, and enhance student learning.
