Academic excellence
Trinity’s Global Excellence Undergraduate Scholarships are awarded to exceptional international students who have received a course offer for a full-time undergraduate degree at Trinity College Dublin. Scholarships range in value between €2,000 and €5,000 depending on the region. Scholarships are applied as a reduction to the year one tuition fees of a full-time undergraduate programme. Students from China are not eligible to apply for the Global Excellence Scholarship. If you are a student from China please apply for the Claddagh Undergraduate Scholarship instead.

Applications will be assessed and awarded on a rolling basis. Selection will be based on academic achievement and applicants’ potential to contribute to the Trinity community. Allocations will also consider regional and programme diversity.

Applications can be made online using the form. Applicants will be asked to provide basic personal information, their secondary / high school academic results, and a statement discussing how they will contribute to the Trinity College Dublin community.
Timelines
Early application is advised. Final deadlines for each region are listed below. Awardees will be expected to fully accept their course offer to receive their award. Scholarship awards will be applied to the tuition fee bills of awardees.
