Scholarships will be awarded based on the merits of your complete application, Kira assessment and interview feedback which include (but are not limited to): demonstrated leadership, professional contributions and empowerment as a women leader, and future goals and initiatives that support diversity. Please note: No further scholarship application is required for this specific award and no additional evidence will be taken into consideration.
