This unit serves as a bridge between coursework and the final honours year by equipping you with the skills and experience needed to undertake independent research with confidence and purpose. You'll identify a research question or societal issue relevant to your field of study. Projects may be traditional academic research or applied investigations that address local or global challenges, such as sustainability, social equity, digital futures, or ethical business practices.Human resource management (HRM) is about achieving the best for a business and for its employees’ wellbeing, performance and job satisfaction. It’s a role where you can not only help an organisation meet its business goals, but also help people thrive at work. In this course, you will gain expertise in recruitment and selection, remuneration, performance, training and development, employment relations, conflict management and HR analytics. You’ll develop skills in emotional intelligence, critical thinking and adaptability.Our practical learning approach means that you’ll work on projects and assessments that mimic real-life scenarios.
