This course is designed for those who want to discover the role of becoming a support worker who is specialized in contributing a service to the aged either residential or community based environments. You as a aging supporter service worker will take responsibility for their own actions within the defined guidelines of the organization you represent and maintain the standard and quality of service at all times from the development, facilitating and review of individualized service planning and delivery of service. You as individual who works for an organization may be required to demonstrate leadership qualities and show that you can give maximum quantity and quality of service within all limited parameters.
