CHC52025 – Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) reflects the role of community service workers involved in the delivery, management and coordination of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities.
At this level, you develop specialised community services skills and may work autonomously within your scope of work under broad direction, supporting people to make changes in their lives to improve personal and social wellbeing. The role may also include case management and program coordination responsibilities.
