This qualification reflects the role of community services managers who coordinate, manage and lead service delivery within community sector organisations. At this level, workers are responsible for planning and monitoring programmes, managing staff and resources, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements, and driving continuous improvement across services.Individuals exercise a high degree of autonomy, judgement and accountability, taking responsibility for organisational outcomes and team performance. They may work across a range of community services settings, including aged care, disability, family support, youth, mental health and not-for-profit organisations.
