This program equips students with a comprehensive understanding of mental health and wellbeing in diverse organisational settings. Through a blend of theory, research, and practical application, students will gain the expertise to identify mental health challenges, implement effective interventions, and cultivate a culture of wellbeing. Graduates will be ready to take on leadership roles in promoting mental wellbeing, managing risk, and driving cultural change within their organisations and communities.
