Master of Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing

Students will gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to identify, respond to, and manage mental health challenges in the workplace. Graduates will be empowered to lead initiatives that promote psychological wellbeing, build resilience, and foster a positive workplace culture-benefiting individuals, organisations, and the wider community. This is a non-accredited psychology program. A Graduate Diploma in Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing and Graduate Certificate in Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing is available to study and can be used as a pathway into the masters program. Upon completion of this program, graduates will be well positioned to assume senior leadership or specialised organisation roles that focus on the development, implementation and evaluation of workplace mental health and wellbeing policy and practice.
