Ne öğreneceğim?
Chemical engineers produce the things we rely on every day: energy, food, medicine, and so much more.As a Chemical Engineering student, you’ll enhance your knowledge of physics, chemistry, biology, and math with engineering design and problem solving skills. You’ll learn to transform raw materials into useful products as well as to design and control complex physical and chemical processes.Through our world class co op program, you can apply your transferable skills in a wide range of jobs that support the transition to sustainable energy, minimize pollution, maximize food production, and enhance health care. During your six co op terms, you'll be able to create an impressive resume, explore different career areas, and earn money to help pay for your education. As part of Canada's largest engineering school and most innovative university, the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo is home to more than 1,200 students, faculty and staff, and has thousands of alumni worldwide. In addition to offering undergraduate and graduate programs in chemical engineering, the Department provides academic expertise and support to Waterloo's multidisciplinary nanotechnology and biomedical engineering programs.
