You’ll deepen your HR expertise through practical strategies for managing change and using data to inform strategic decisions.Students apply their learning in a 420-hour work-integrated field placement and complete advanced courses in areas such as HR analytics, employment law, project management, and organizational leadership.Graduates of the pathway qualify for the academic component of the Human Resources Professional Competency Framework (HRPA) certification and are well-positioned for further undergraduate or graduate studies.
