Our PhD in Management and Organization is a research-focused program designed to set you up for a career in academia. By the time you graduate you’ll have done original research and have journal articles in the pipeline. This highly-personalized program is based on mentorship and peer-to-peer learning. In addition to foundational courses in management and organization, you’ll receive rigorous training in research design, qualitative and quantitative methods. Your hands - on research experience will be guided by mentors to develop skills and a research portfolio. Your program includes teacher training and may also include an international research exchange.
