Our MNSc program will prepare you for a career as a leader in clinical practice, education or health care management, through the development of the critical appraisal skills needed for developing the scientific basis for nursing practice, and the knowledge and skills to conduct small research projects and participate in research teams. Our program consists of in-person course work and a thesis.
Opportunities
You will have the opportunity to develop skills in critical thinking and writing, advanced knowledge in research and nursing practice, and, perhaps even more importantly, skills to facilitate change in today’s health care system.
You will have the opportunity to work as a teaching assistant or research assistant, receive training in conducting systematic reviews, and attend workshops to support academic, personal, and professional success.

Computer-Based Test: A minimum score of 250 and a minimum Essay Rating score of 5.0
Paper-Based Test: A minimum score of 600 and a Test of Written English (TWE) with a minimum score of 5.0
