Holders of Quantity Surveying diploma qualifications not accredited by BQSM or with diploma qualification in other disciplines (e.g. engineering, architecture, commerce, business, technology) must obtain a minimum CGPA of 2.67 to be eligible for full duration into a QS degree programme. OR students with a qualification in Diploma in Vocational Malaysia (DVM) in the field of construction technology with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 or other equivalent and meet others entry qualifications set by MOHE and the university may be considered to proceed to the first year of the degree programme without any credit exemption. OR matured students with relevant qualifications and experience, and students with a diploma in QS or related disciplines may be exempted from certain subjects and may be given advanced entry, the duration of which may be decided based on the previous programme attended, qualifications and grades achieved and/or the number of years of relevant experience held. These students are to be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the university in accordance with the latest relevant accredited professional boards requirements particularly Preambles of the List of Accredited Qualifications and Guidelines of Advanced Entry.
