Public health and healthcare, alongside the health sciences, form a core strength of the University of Brighton. Our research in public health and healthcare at the University of Brighton embraces wide-ranging, applied perspectives: from age-related conditions and long-term conditions, through to social, psychological, political and economic determinants of health, with health inequalities a key focus for PhD public health students and supervisors.
