The MA Choreography offer a stimulating environment in which to explore and develop your choreographic practice and expertise.
Whether you’re in the early stages of your career or an experienced dance artist, these programmes present opportunities to engage with contemporary ideas, concepts, and propositions within the choreographic field.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is through a variety of modes which evaluate theory and practice, related to the realisation of choreographic ideas and practice as research.

Each test the ability of the student to develop as an independent, self-critical, investigative artist, with the ability to critically reflect, synthesise and apply knowledge and understanding across both theory and practice and cater for different modes of learning.

Recent graduates have worked on and choreographed productions all over Europe, including research at KOLT, productions at FLOTA Slovenia, Pro Progression in Europe and other companies in the UK and internationally.

Normally a UK undergraduate degree in an appropriate or related subject, or an overseas award of equivalent standard.
Applicants without formal qualification, who may have the appropriate levels of professional experience are invited to complete Trinity Labans recognition of prior learning (RPL) process.
