This course combines a unique blend of academic learning and practical application. You’ll graduate with the ability to meet the professional and ethical standards required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. You’ll study areas including economics & the built environment, property law & professional context, valuation, evaluating building condition, advanced valuation & development and corporate real estate asset management. You’ll also complete a dissertation – an in-depth research project requiring a critical and evaluative approach to professional practice and theory, supported by an allocated dissertation supervisor.
