The AS degree in Natural Sciences will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the Major course requirements and the General Education requirements.The natural sciences is a branch of science that deals with the physical world, including physics, chemistry, geology, biology, and astronomy. To earn an Associate of Science in Natural Sciences, students are required to take a variety of science classes that will give them a well-rounded background in the sciences leading to transfer to a four-year college and a variety of careers.
