Ne öğreneceğim?
A chemical engineering degree from the University of Arizona opens doors to a range of rewarding career opportunities and top grad programs, and it is an approved pre-med program. Chemical engineers develop materials and processes and safely, economically and sustainably and making them vital to human and environmental health. Students earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona benefit from lively discussions, one-on-one help, hands-on labs and activities, and design projects. As a Tier 1 research institution, almost all Chemical Engineering undergraduates do high-profile research in areas ranging from reusable water to semiconductor manufacturing. Chemical engineering skills translate to careers in medicine, research, medical product and drug development, food production, water treatment and manufacturing processes.LEARNING OUTCOMESAn ability to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics. An ability to apply engineering design to produce solutions that meet specified needs with consideration for public health, safety, and welfare, as well as global, cultural, social, environmental, and economic factors. An ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences. An ability to recognize ethical and professional responsibilities in engineering situations and make informed judgments, which must consider the impact of engineering solutions in global, economic, environmental, and societal contexts. An ability to function effectively on a team whose members together provide leadership, create a collaborative and inclusive environment, establish goals, plan tasks, and meet objectives.
