Through group and individual projects, you’ll pitch and create films to gain practical production knowledge in the fields of fiction, documentary and artist’s film.You’ll be taught by industry professionals through workshops, lectures, tutorials, production meetings, screenings and reviews. You’ll study film histories, directing actors, studio and location shooting, running a set, production, post-production workflows, lighting and cinematography, sound recording and design.Your final year will culminate in two large-scale film projects which provide material for your graduation portfolio and shape your career as a filmmaker.**Future Skills** Embedded within every course curriculum and throughout the whole Kingston experience, Future Skills will play a role in shaping you to become a future-proof graduate, providing you with the skills most valued by employers such as problem-solving, digital competency, and adaptability.
