Hull York Medical School, a partnership between the Universities of Hull and York, provides a unique undergraduate medicine programme, designed to equip the doctors of tomorrow with the skills they need to deliver exceptional healthcare.The Gateway Year is designed for students from a widening participation background with a clear focus on recruiting students locally and supporting their learning. The aim is to progressively build skills and experience so that students gradually develop skills of enquiry-based learning within a challenging but supportive learning environment, ready for entry to the MB BS.
